Soooo, the Palm Beach Fine Craft Show will take place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center March 2nd-4th. While, initially I wasn’t too gung-ho about going, fearing it may be just a collection of “meh” items… I am now salivating after having reviewed the list of craft artists to be in attendance.
Being a beader (seed beads) in my spare time, I was surprised and delighted when I saw Maggie Meister’s name, author of Maggie Meister’s Classical Elegance: 20 Beaded Jewelry Designs (Beadweaving Master Class Series)
Still pouring over the list I then come across various other artists whose works I’d prefer to drool over in person: Kina Crow, Jon Goldberg, Kit Karbler, jewelry artists Rob Greene, Beth Solomon, etc.
Without a doubt, I’m going. Are you?
Tickets are $15/pp + an additional $5 for parking. A $1 coupon is floating about. Group rates available for parties of 12+.

Hi Bill! Anytime, I thought the show was pretty amazing. The highlight for me was meeting Maggie Meister and having her sign a copy of “Classical Elegance’. It was refreshing to see the range of works available from all the artists. I do wish the event attracted more of a diverse crowd in terms of age group.. could’ve just been when I went. Overall, would go again!
