  • The Mystical World of Mushrooms
    7-8 p.m. August 23. $5.

    Mushrooms are low in calories, have no cholesterol and are virtually free of fat and sodium, plus they are so versatile!  But determining which varieties to use can be confusing! Chef Abigail will open up a world beyond button and portabellas discovering the traits and uses of Porcini, Chanterelle and Lobster, and not the kind that lives in the sea!
