Normally $14.75 for burger & fries alone,  the Hard Rock is celebration its 40th anniversary by giving out 400,000 coupons for a Legendary Burger, a 10-ounce USDA Choice-Certified Angus Beef patty topped with two slices of Cheddar cheese, bacon, a fried onion ring, lettuce, tomato & pickles plus an order of fries and a drink (Pepsi) for $4!
