Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman, is killing me.  In from boot camp, day who knows how many of Operation “Lose The Fluff”, and here I came across her recipe for a Sour Cream Noodle Bake.  Doesn’t it look so good?  Is your mouth not watering?  Are your intestines not jumping for joy?  Do they not chant “Hercules, Hercules, Hercules“?

  • 1-1/4 pound Ground Chuck
  • 1 can 15-ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1-1/4 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions
  • 1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
