In the mood for comfort and decadence?  This stove top “shells & cheese” calls for fontina, cheddar, gorgonzola and parmesan cheese.  Add in buffalo chicken and you’re set for dinner without once turning the oven on.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup freshly torn cilantro
